Want Matt To Train You? …See If You Qualify!

A lot of people have contacted the  FA Fitness Training Studio to find out how to go about working one-to-one with Matt as their personal coach so we thought it best to make you aware of the prerequisites that Matt has in place to ensure both the best use of both his and your  time AND the best value for money whilst you’re working with him.

As you’re no doubt aware, Matt has developed a reputation for excellence unsurpassed in Cornwall and he is considered one of the leading health and fitness professionals by his colleagues and peers throughout the UK. Matt is part a mentoring group which includes leaders of the fitness profession in the UK.

This reputation is based upon delivering results far and above those normally expected of most personal trainers and health coaches and is one of the reasons that he is continually sought out as an expert in his field in fat loss and sports conditioning.

Naturally then, Matt is very concerned about protecting that reputation and does so by ensuring that only those who are 100% committed to achieving their goals have access to his expertise on a regular basis.

Matt has many commitments, he has only so much time to give to working on one-to-one projects with individual clients who’re seeking dramatic changes in their lives.

In effect, he ‘guards the gateway’ to himself by ensuring that 100% of his time is spent productively with those who’re ready, willing and able to make the changes necessary to achieve great things during their time with him.

To get past the ‘gate’ prospective clients must be willing to:

  • Train at least 1 x a week with Matt.
  • Train at least 2-4 x per week on their own even it’s for 20-30 minutes a week outside my 1-2-1 sessions under the programme you are given.
  • Follow the Hot to Trot Nutritional Plan for a month! And be willing to give up processed foods, alcohol, dairy, wheat, caffeine and any other non compliant foods!
  • Keep a food diary and compliance grid for the first 30 DAYS
  • Commit to getting to bed by 10pm 5 nights per week
  • Only socialise with positive people, and remove all negative friends from their lives.
  • Be Fun, Smile and an Energiser

These prerequisites are all or nothing.

Matt will not entertain negotiations of any kind around these terms. They’re all or nothing.

Please understand, this is not done to deliberately preclude people, rather to prevent them wasting their money or feeling disappointed by not achieving their goals.

Matt is respected by his family, colleagues, and clients as a trainer who would not have anyone waste that money due to lack of commitment on their part from the outset of their time with him.
